C.A.R.E.S Subscription form

Those of you who would like to register their fish under the C.A.R.E.S Program may do so by filling the subscription form below.

These subscriptions shall be evaluated by C.A.R.E.S and if approved a certificate will be issued by C.A.R.E.S and Malta Aquarist Society to the participant.

Please note that certificates will only be issued to paid members of the Malta Aquarist Society.
