honestly my aquarium is really a mix of various fish ... a couple of severums, angelfish, gouramis, plecos, glowlight tetras, bleeding hearts, and silver tetras. Yes the room is under the roof, hence the major reason of high temperatures. I agree with you that tetras are the most affected by high temps, since last year I noticed that all the fish that died (not alot - just three in all) were the penguin tetras, and neons.
