Staghorn should be removed manually. From my experience it died gradually as the aquarium matured. It will be hard to detach it from plants and decor. no martin. its unlikely that moss takes over a tank... it is very controllable! Its not the same for liverworts like riccia fluitans and monoselenium tenerum. They will become a pest and getting rid of it completely is almost impossible.

hi cikkus, thanks for the comments and for sharing the meaning of the term iwagumi. Your tank will be huge! and the expensive part will be the lighting, especially if it is over 60cm high. You will need 3 MH lamps 150 watts each. If it is < 60 cm, you could opt  for multiple T5 VHO Another problem i might forsee is aquiring  stones ...
