David/Manuel has a special treatment for this , if i was u i would give it a try
in the mean time check the T with a new termometer - it shouldnt be lower then 28C ever, for now i would even up it to 32C-if u can put them in a separate container(even 25L will do)-would be easier to treat them

i feed them 7 times a day with a beef heart mix -it polutes water in no time -to keep them growing and healthy u need to put an effort

In my planted i do WC ones a week 30-40% , in bare bottom tanks - 100% every day, on every external filter intake i have a prefilter ,i wash it every week while canister filters are being cleaned ones a year
at times discus do get agressive , but it will pass,

i had such problems in the past with discus bullying, the best thing to do to leave separator for 2 weeks untill weaker one start eating properly, some times i even put glass separator - even if they fight - they will calm down and get use to idea of living together
