Today the n.eggersi red hopefully started spawning as I noticed pits in the peat jar that they have. will be recording the date of this peat collection next Sunday to see whether in a months time if i have successfully managed to breed these beautiful fish.

as soon as I get the peat moss I will try to see if they breed and let everybody know. hope i manage with this pair as i am very fond of killies and this time i was willing to commit to a pair to see what the outcome will be.

probably it was a mullet (trilja in maltese) very common creatures can grow up to about 30cm or so.

it's more of a question of how large the tank will box filter be filtering? as on small aquariums 25ltrs or less usually I divide and outlet in to but larger aquariums I tend to use one outlet each.
