Make sure that the Corydoras species you buy can handle higher temperatures. C.aeneus & C.paleatus, two commonly found corydoras don't like temperature above the 30 Deg.Cel. Also I wouldn't recommend Otos, as they like cooler waters.

I would remove all the other fish, so that the BN fry will have a better chance to survive.
I'm not sure, but if the parents are "normal" coloured, but had an "albino" strain before (their parents), then I think that there's a small percentage of chance that the fry might be albino.
