I've been a tropical fish enthusiast since I was 14 years old -- I'm 56 now! Still remember making my first tank, it leaked :-(, and buying my first 4 fish: 2 angels and 2 neon tetras which i took home in one plastic bag! Tragic results -- the neons were nipped at and died a few hours later :-( I still make very silly mistakes, and so joining this website should be a learning experience for me.
