Its ok to feed  juvenils4 times a day but i feed them 7 times a day and abt 3 WC a day abt 30% each time after BH mix

(there abt 30 in 100L tank).

for the smaller number of discus in one tank  it would be much less  work

.nevertheless i love them all but really rest for 2 days a week in Gozo leaving them with an automatic feeder(set to 3 feedings a day)

That's a very nice result Nat! Hope that one day I have my breeding tanks full of these nice Discus. Is this your only pair? Do you keep them in pairs or you have a community and you separate them when ready to breed?

How come the pair don't eat the little fry it's normal for fish to eat their fry right ?

Nat any photos of the other pairs?

T3ddy Cichlids are known for their good parental skills. You can find pairs that eat their first spawns or that keep eating eggs or even fry. But the majority will learn how to take care of their brood.

Its true what Jonaton said + babies for the first month of their life attach themselves to parents and eat from parents slime coat, which is very nutritious and serves as first food for babies
