Awesome fish my friend! To succesfully breed the you need a separate tank...but seeing your fish laying eggs, means that they're happy in the environment you created for them.

Thanks yes they seem happy in their tank and I really care for them. I know that that it is better to keep them in a seperate tank on their own to increase the chances. I have another breeding pair on their own in another tank and they have spawned on several occasions but no luck so far. I have another tank maturing and will move the new couple in this tank. Maybe one day I will succede.

Please treat Corydoras as community inhabitants & not as scavengers. Stick out tongue

Well done Raptor. Do not ever give up. I have a friend who had no idea with discuss and after several trials and error he managed to same a small quantity of discus fry. Are you using CO2 in your tank ?? What type of lighting do you have and are you using some kind of plant fertilizer for your plants ??

Hi Martin thanks for your encouraging words. My discus are still very young and for now are in a community tank so it is very hard to get some fry for now. I have another tank maturing and I will transfer one of my couples there, maybe I get better results. Re tank I am using  C02 and I have 4 T5 tubes set on a timer.

Good luck with your dreams friend. Be careful when you make the actual change as a sudden change in water chemistry will surely effect adversely your discus.
