    Re: Crystal Red shrimp

As more then 4 weeks passed the female Crystal Red Shrimp had come out again venturing between the plants. I noticed that she's still carrying the eggs, which are at a mature developed stage ready to hatch. Here you can see some photos of the female and a close up of the eggs ( sorry for the quality) But one could easily see the eyes (black spots) and red markings in the eggs.

    Re: Crystal Red shrimp

Today I saw a small shrimplet on my bogwood! I've been fetching for some for the past days but today I saw one, the same colour of the parents. The colours are already solid in this 2mm shrimp. Will try to take some photos but its very difficult.

Also the female is berried with eggs again. I will count the gestation period for the eggs to hatch. Today its 29th January.

Glad to hear the good news Jon.... Big Smile

There are much more than you can see & most of the are found on the underside of the leaves & bogwood.
