    pseudotropheus sp perspicax ndumbi orange cap

    long name - small fish - this is a dwarf mbuna - which normally stays smaller than 8cm but wich has a much bigger character.

    Nice fish Utaka bay, Does both sexes has the same colours or just the male?

    no... the female is quite drab - grey brown, very similar to a pseudotropheus polit female - in fact it is very important not to mix polit with perspicax as hybridisation is almost guaranteed.
