     I do not think they will ever be fertilized. Take a close look at the first photo and look close to their breeding tube. What do you see ??

    When I bred oscars in teh past, I had snails in the tank as well. The parents use to remove any snail trying t get near the eggs and therefore use to keep them clean and safe all the time. Take a closer look at the breeding tube and it is evident that they are 2 females.

     Nice specimen. Keep feeding good and nutritious food in order to sustain those nice colours. Do not forget the water changes specially when he gets older.
