well if you do not want them i have a small tank maybe i can keep them in it. the water is mature and all i have are a few kois which do not wna to grow . so might as well use the tank for something else. I must admit i do not know much about them so will have to do a bit of research as regards to water and so on.

However if nobody else really wants them i am willing to give them a new home.

thanks charles if there is nobody else who wants them will gladly take them. If you don't mind bringing them to the next meeting. In meantime going to do some homework as to the conditions of these fish. I wonder if anybody in the club has ever kept them

     thanks

    hi Charles

thanks for the fish, they seem to be settling down well and i think the male is already displaying to the female and chasing her around the tank. It is not a big tank but there are plenty of hiding places, so we will see what happens next. i have been doing some research as regards water and temperature, so will try to give them the best conditions.

I used to keep them 25 temperature and only one hiding place or better one breeding spot a clay pot and they laid 3 times nut he eats them the next day.So you have to remove the eggs as soon as you see them and rais them alon.Good luck friend.

How are the gobies doing Frank?

hi well so far so good. But i think the tank is too big for them as it is difficult to see them. I have put in some small rocks as well for hiding places. Well the other time i bought a lot of cherry shrimps and put them in the same tank so that at least i would have something else in it. Well when i went to see it a couple of days ago not one of them has remainde. I guess the fish ate them all,

SO we will see what happens next. the male chases the female but that is as far as it has got so far now.

Any good news Frank about the gobies?, you can also put some candles around their tank and switch the lights off Lol; Not to compensate the cichlid tank's catastrophe but it's nice to watch some rewarding babies of such a nice fish, Wish you Good luck.

    Ranchu lover.
