Meetings at the Malta Aquarist Society are held every month at Santa Venera which is our Headquarters and meeting place. In the meeting we discuss several issues regarding our hobby. Some time it might be a General discussion or a personal experience, other times it might be a tutorial on the various jobs that one must do for a healthy fish keeping aquarium. Every month is different and the Committee decide which topic is best to be discussed at each and every month. At each meeting there will fish for sale from members themselves from fish they have bred. There is also be a Table Show in which members can exhibit their fish and compete with each other for the best fish. At every meeting the Bar will be open as well as the official shop which will be supplied with fish foods, accessories, filter media etc and reduced prices. At the moment every month we have 3 different meetings. The Malta Junior Section meeting. The Malta Senior Section Meeting and the Gozo Meeting. Anyone can attend any of the meetings but these will be specific according to the meeting being held. Normally the Juniors' meeting will be held on a Saturday whereas the Seniors' and Gozo meeting will be held on a Sunday.
